Most ‘tonics’ or B-Vitamin syrups for horses are formulated with a water base, EquiHaemoTonic has been formulated on a sorbitol base as this assists in the absorption of B-Vitamins giving maximum uptake in your horse. Sorbitol is also an excellent appetite stimulant for your horse that may be off its feed.
