Repeat & Save

Eligible Purchases

1.1 Only selected products sold on The Pet Health Club shop qualify for Repeat & Save (we refer to them as "Repeat & Save Products"). Repeat & Save Products are identified as such on their detail page. We may change the selection of Repeat & Save Products from time to time.

1.2 Your subscription is personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits associated with Repeat & Save to, nor share them with, anyone else. You may only use Repeat & Save for your own household purposes. Customers purchasing products for business use or for resale purposes may not use Repeat & Save.

 

Ordering Process and Product Availability

1.3 Once you have subscribed to regular deliveries for Repeat & Save Products, products will be ordered and delivered automatically at the delivery frequency chosen by you at the time of subscription without any further action required by you. Some subscription and product details (including price, discount and availability) may change over time. Each Repeat & Save order will be subject to the then applicable subscription and product details. Before each Repeat & Save order is dispatched to you, you will receive an Order Confirmation message that includes the full details of your order , together with instructions for cancelling or modifying your order if you wish to do so. You will also receive a Dispatch Confirmation message once the Repeat & Save Product has been sent out to you.

1.4 Each Repeat & Save order constitutes a separate offer from you to purchase a Repeat & Save Product. The contract of sale for each Repeat & Save Product will be on the terms set out on our web site (shop@thepethealthclub.co.uk).

1.5 If any Repeat & Save Product is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified of the delay  If the Repeat & Save Product becomes available during that two week period, it will be dispatched to you without any further action required by you. Delay due to non-availability of any Repeat & Save Product will not affect the Repeat & Save discount applicable to any other Repeat & Save subscriptions you may have nor to future orders for the same Repeat & Save subscription.

1.6 If any Repeat & Save Product is no longer available for Repeat & Save, you will be notified of this change by our customer services team.

1.7 If you wish to return a Repeat & Save Product, you can do so in accordance with our Returns Policy (at https://www.shop.thepethealthclub.co.uk/pages/returns-policy).

1.8 All notifications relating to your Repeat & Save subscription will be sent to you by email at the email address associated with your account.  It is your responsibility to monitor that account and to ensure that it is kept operative throughout the period of your subscription.

Price, Payment and Renewal

1.9 For each Repeat & Save order you will be charged the price (including VAT where appropriate) of each Repeat & Save Product on the day your Repeat & Save order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation, less the applicable Repeat & Save discount.

1.10 The Repeat & Save discount you receive will be the discount applicable to your Repeat & Save Products at the time your order is processed, as detailed in the Order Confirmation. Temporary discounts and time limited or special offers will only apply to Repeat & Save orders placed while that discount or offer is available.

1.11 Your Repeat & Save subscription continue until cancelled. The price of each Repeat & Save order will be charged to the payment method used to create your subscription.
